Connect with network

Wired Connection:

To use wired connection please connect the ethernet cable from wall to your computer.

Wireless Connection:

To use wireless connection. Click on wireless icon and choose the hotel provided wireless connection to connect. After connection you may need login name and password provided by hotel.

Troubleshoot Connection

Webpage can not be diplayed error:

Try to go to webpage "www.msn.com" , "www.yahoo.com" or different browser such as "Chrome" or "Firefox".

Network Diagnosis

If you did not get Hexcare Login page please check following setting:

Internet Explorer goto "Internet Explorer Tools -> Internet Options"

Click "Connection Tab" and click on "Lan Setting" uncheck all three boxes.

 

Check you IP setting:

Make sure your computer is set to use DHCP (Obtain IP automatically).

Go to "Control panel" -> "Network Sharing Center"

Click on "Wireless Network Connection" and select Properties.

Double click on Internet Protocol TCP/IPv4.

Check the boxes for "Obtain IP Automatically" and "Obtain DNS Address Automatically"
